What ever the stimulus is, it only becomes stress if your mind, body, or soul cannot cope with it.
Many children and people suffer Stress when they aren't living from their own 'internal locus of control' i.e. when they are being controlled by outside influences and not making their own choices about the way they need to live their lives.
