The Biodynamic Calendar

My proper introduction to how the moon affects our bodies, on a daily basis, was through the very easy-to-grasp gardening & planting by the moon, year book, by nick kollerstrom.

I wanted to gain an organic abundant garden with minimum effort and began to learn about the effects of the moon on soil, plants & trees.  I then began to notice particular days when house-work was easy, days when I just had to go out and plant the forget-me-not seeds, days when I had to prepare pots or earth and plant bulbs when I had told myself to do other more important chores.  

When I let the universe guide me instead of my brain I can't seem to start projects when I thought they should be done but find a day suddenly when it seems the right time to do them.  On looking up the moon sign in the calendars it then seems obvious that this is the best day to start them. 

Our moon affects the oceans around the world.  Most of us can feel the effects of the full moon but what of the more subtle effects the moon and its journey around our planet has on us from day to day and from day to night and its affects on the wheather.
