Each person has their own pet stresses which might be a walk in the park to someone else or even fire-up another and make life worth living.
What-ever the stimulus is, it only becomes stress if your mind, body, or soul cannot cope with it.
Many children and people suffer Stress when they aren't living from their own 'internal locus of control' i.e. when we are being controlled by outside influences and not making our own choices about the way we need to live our lives.
